Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — $9.95 AUD
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.95 AUD
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

For countries where RIMAN has opened direct shipping, orders are fulfilled directly by RIMAN's global distribution network.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via Australia Post's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
