Refund & Return Policy

At Glow via Sarah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at glowandgrowwithsarah@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Products must be unopened and in original condition
- Sale items are final sale unless defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
